How Licences Work For Client Track 6 |

Client Track is designed to run on a network where multiple computers are accessing a single data file simultaneously. Our flexible
licence policy allows you to buy what you need, when you need it. |

You simply need to purchase the number of licences for the maximum number of people who will be logged in and accessing Client
Track at the same time. There is no restriction on the number of people that can be entered into Client Track as users |

Maintenance Plan is included free of charge for the first year of your initial purchase of Client Track. After the first
year is up, you will be charge for the following year based on maintenance plan package you have selected upon initial purchase
of Client Track. |

The Maintenance Plan is designed to provide customers with a high level of support right from the start
and also includes the annual
licence rights to continue using Client Track on an annual basis in your office. The maintenance plan
payments are required on an annual basis to renew the annual licence rights of Client Track. |

We offer two types of maintenance payment fees; Annual and Monthly as shown below. |
