Before importing clients into Client Track, you must export your clients first.
Choose type of software from the left sidebar menu and follow the step-by-step tutorial
on how to export your clients and be ready to import into Client Track. |

1. Under Export Template, click Browse and select
the T1 template file (.tpl) you downloaded from Step 1 above
(Fig.3).
2. Under Export Filename, click Browse and save export file to desktop
(Fig.3).
3. Under Output, click Select Files. |

Note : If you want to select certain T1 files to export,
you can do this by holding Ctrl key on keyboard while clicking on the files from
list and then click Export (Fig.4). |

1. Open up Client Track 5.0 on your computer.
2. Go to File > Import Data
> Import Personal Clients >
Import from CANTAX T1 (Fig.5). |

Click Next in the Import Data Wizard (Fig.6). |

A warning popup will appear asking you to create an export template file to save, just ignore that since you
have already downloaded the template file in Step 1 above. Just click
Yes to continue on with the Import Data Wizard (Fig.7). |

1. Keep clicking Next until you get to Step 7
of the Import Data Wizard (Fig.8).
2. Click Open CANTAX Export File and browse to the CANTAX T1 text file you exported
from Step 5 above.
