Before importing clients into Client Track, you must export your clients first.
Choose type of software from the left sidebar menu and follow the step-by-step tutorial
on how to export your clients and be ready to import into Client Track. |

Open your Dr Tax T1 file to begin exporting your client(s) (Fig.1).
To select certain client(s) to
export, click on a client and press Spacebar on your keyboard. A light yellow bar will appear
to let you know that the client(s) has/have been 'marked' (Fig.1). |

Note : If you want to export all of your client(s),
proceed to Step 2. |

From menu, go to
File > Print
> Client List

1. If you selected certain client(s) from Step 1,
Marked Clients will be automatically selected.
If not, select Current Client.
2. Under Destination, select
Export to file - comma delimited
(Fig.3).
3. Click Select data to export (Fig.3).
4. Click Browse and find location on your computer to save export file. |

1. Open up Client Track 5.0 on your computer.
2. Go to File > Import Data
> Import Personal Clients >
Import from Dr.Tax T1 (Fig.6). |

1. Click Next for each step until you reach Step 6
of the Import Data Wizard (Fig.7).
2. Click Open Dr.Tax Export File and select the CSV file you exported from above.
3. Click Next. |
